How to Make Sfouf with Orange Flavor
Orange-flavored sfouf is a variation on the traditional sfouf recipe, using orange juice flavor to give it a distinctive taste.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups medium semolina
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 small spoon turmeric
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Zest of 1 whole orange
- Almonds, as desired

Method

- In a bowl, mix the semolina, flour, turmeric, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk and sugar and whisk well until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the oil and mix the ingredients well.
- Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and spread it into a tray lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with a little tahini.
- Top the sfouf mixture with the nuts.
