Apricot Jam Slice (Mishmishiya)

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet or 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 packet or 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 4 cups flour
- Apricot jam
Method
- Beat the eggs and add the oil, vanilla, baking powder, sugar, and yogurt, then beat again.
- Add enough flour until a dough forms and knead.
- Brush the dough with a little oil, then press three quarters of the dough into a baking tray and spread the jam evenly over it.
- Add a little flour to the remaining quarter of the dough, knead it, then grate it over the jam.
- Place the tray in the oven until the dough is baked.
- Serve the apricot slice once it has cooled well to room temperature.
