Ingredients

  • 2 packages of biscuits or about 20 pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 10 pieces of Kiri cheese
  • 500 g or 1 carton of liquid cream for desserts
  • 1 carton of qashta cream
  • 1 envelope of Dream Whip whipping cream
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • 1 packet of pineapple jelly
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella chocolate spread

Method

  1. Grind the biscuits with the butter and a dash of cinnamon then press into a 28 cm pan... Press lightly while packing so the biscuit base won't harden later... Chill the pan in the fridge for ten minutes only... Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese with the liquid cream, the Dream Whip sachet, the clotted cream, and the jelly sachet with a dash of vanilla at high speed until you get a thick cream... Divide the cream into two portions... Spread the first portion over the biscuit layer... Add Nutella to the second portion and mix well then spread the chocolate cream over the pan...
  2. Chill the Nutella cheesecake in the refrigerator for no less than 6 hours, preferably overnight....
    Timers: 360 min
  3. Decorate the Nutella cheesecake with chocolate or caramel when serving.
