Delicious Strawberry Tart Recipe
Here's a tried-and-true homemade recipe for a very delicious strawberry tart. You can swap strawberries for any fruit you love, and brighten your gathering with the tastiest dessert.
Ingredients

- 1/2 kilo flour
- 1/4 kilo cold butter
- Vanilla
- 1 egg
- Fresh strawberries
- Liquid strawberry jam
- Pastry cream filling
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cube of butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Vanilla
- Milk as needed
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Rub the flour with the very small cold butter cubes... add the vanilla and the egg and mix without kneading... add a very small amount of cold water as needed.... Gather the dough together and wrap it in plastic, then put it in the fridge for a few hours.
- Roll the dough to a thickness of one centimeter in a tart pan, and prick the surface with a fork so it won't puff up in the oven.. . Bake the tart shell at a medium temperature until it cooks and turns golden..
- Meanwhile... prepare the pastry cream... Put the flour, butter, and sugar in a pot over the heat and stir until they combine, then add the milk gradually while whisking continuously.. When the mixture thickens add two beaten eggs, a pinch of salt, and vanilla and whisk quickly for just one minute before removing from the heat... Put the hot pastry cream in a glass bowl and cover it immediately with plastic wrap.
- When the cream cools .. spread a thin layer of strawberry jam on the tart shell and spread the pastry cream.. then arrange the fresh strawberries and brush them with strawberry jam...
- Serve the strawberry tart chilled from the refrigerator.. and you can decorate it with Chantilly cream
