How to Make Chicken Popcorn
Chicken popcorn is a great recipe that kids will especially love, and for anyone who complains that their children do not eat well, you will see how eagerly they will enjoy this chicken popcorn!
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Half a kilo of boneless chicken
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- A small pinch of citric acid
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika or sweet red pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Wash the boneless chicken pieces well and rub them with lemon and salt... then cut the chicken into medium-sized cubes.
- Mix all the spices... put a little of the spice mixture into a cup of milk... mix the remaining spices with flour.
- Place the cut chicken pieces in a bowl and pour over the milk-and-spice mixture, then put the chicken marinated in this mixture in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- After the chicken has soaked for this time, dip each piece in the flour-and-spice mixture, then again in the milk mixture it was soaked in, and then roll the chicken pieces in crushed crackers.
- Place the chicken popcorn in the freezer/refrigerator until needed... and when cooking, deep-fry them in plenty of oil.
