Ingredients

- 180 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup flour
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- Chopped walnuts
Method

- Melt the butter with the chocolate in a double boiler.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until you get a pale creamy mixture.
- Add the melted butter and chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and whisk well until combined.
- Sift the dry ingredients into a separate bowl, then fold them into the wet mixture.
- Pour the brownie batter into a prepared baking pan (greased or lined with parchment paper).
