Waffle Recipe
Waffle recipe — very easy and quick. You only need a few minutes and a waffle iron or waffle pan. Kids will love them at breakfast.
Waffle recipe — easy as long as you have a waffle pan or machine
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g liquid milk
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 60 g melted butter

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until the sugar dissolves. Then add the milk and whisk again.
- In another bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder and add them to the milk mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Add the butter and stir again until smooth.
- Heat the waffle iron and brush a little oil. After a few seconds, put a spoonful of the waffle batter and close the iron.
- After a few minutes, open to see if the waffle has turned golden. When golden, it means it's ready.
- Repeat the process until all the waffle batter is used.
- Top the waffles with chocolate and fruit as desired and serve.
