- 500 grams pasta
- Ground meat
- Carrots
- Peas
- Corn
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Dried thyme (za'atar)
Method
- Boil the pasta in boiling water with salt and a tablespoon of oil; follow the cooking time indicated on the pasta package.
- In another pot, sauté the ground meat until its color changes; sprinkle black pepper, salt, and thyme and mix well. Then add 2 cups of chopped carrots, peas, and corn, stir, then add a little of the pasta cooking water and let them simmer for 5 minutes only.Timers: 5 min
- Add the cooked, drained pasta and let the pasta with meat and vegetables simmer for about 5 minutes.Timers: 5 min
- Pour the pasta with meat and vegetables into a serving dish and serve hot.
