How to Make Cupcakes
A very easy and practical cupcake recipe. Your children will love it whether you make it with juice or add a little cocoa, as it is delicious either way.
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup juice or liquid milk
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- A pinch of salt

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla and vinegar well.
- Add the sugar and oil and continue beating.
- Add the juice or liquid milk, as desired and depending on what we have available. Any flavored juice can be used, whatever flavor we want.
- Beat the ingredients for about 5 minutes, then add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt, and continue beating. If we want chocolate muffins or cupcakes, reduce the flour by 2 tablespoons and replace them with cocoa. Add the flour gradually to the mixture while continuing to beat.Timers: 5 min
- Pour the mixture into muffin cups or cupcake molds, or into a special cupcake tray. Fill the cups to about half full so there is room for the cake to rise while baking?
- Place the tray in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cupcakes rise and are cooked through.Timers: 20 min
- This quantity is enough to make 8 cupcakes.
