Ingredients

  • 1 pack plain, unfilled biscuits (about 15 biscuits)
  • 170 g kaymak cream
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 sachets whipping cream powder
  • Cocoa powder - as desired
  • 1 tablespoon Nescafe
  • 1 cup cold liquid milk

Method

  1. Start by whipping the ready powdered cream mix with cold milk.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and clotted cream over the whipped mixture and continue beating well until you get a creamy mixture.
  3. Meanwhile, dissolve 1 tablespoon instant coffee (Nescafé) in 1 cup water, then dip the biscuits in the coffee.
  4. Arrange the biscuits in a glass dish or any suitable baking dish, then spread a layer of the cream over the biscuits, followed by another layer of biscuits and cream, repeating until the mixture is used up.
  5. Dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder and refrigerate the tiramisu in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
