Potato wedges — one of the best ways to prepare potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- salt
- hot pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika or sweet red pepper powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 chicken or vegetable bouillon cube
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- 2 cloves garlic, finely crushed
- black pepper

Method
- Cut each potato into 4 wedge-shaped pieces.
- Mix all the spices with the chicken stock cube, garlic, and oil, then pour them over the potatoes and mix well.
- Arrange the potato wedges on an oiled or nonstick baking tray.
- Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes, or adjust according to your oven's strength.Timers: 20 min
