Ingredients

  • 4 cups liquid milk
  • 4 tablespoons custard powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons milk powder
  • plain biscuits

Method

  1. Put the liquid milk, custard powder, sugar, and milk powder in a pot and stir well while cold
  2. Turn on the heat under the pot and keep stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy, not too stiff
  3. Distribute biscuits in the cups and pour the custard into them until they are only half full
  4. Add the cocoa to the remaining mixture and stir well, then return the mixture to the heat, stirring until the cocoa dissolves
  5. Place biscuits over the plain custard in the cups, then distribute the cocoa custard to fill the cups
  6. Let the cups cool at room temperature, then refrigerate
  7. Serve the custard cold
