Ingredients
- 4 cups liquid milk
- 4 tablespoons custard powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk powder
- plain biscuits
Method
- Put the liquid milk, custard powder, sugar, and milk powder in a pot and stir well while cold
- Turn on the heat under the pot and keep stirring until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy, not too stiff
- Distribute biscuits in the cups and pour the custard into them until they are only half full
- Add the cocoa to the remaining mixture and stir well, then return the mixture to the heat, stirring until the cocoa dissolves
- Place biscuits over the plain custard in the cups, then distribute the cocoa custard to fill the cups
- Let the cups cool at room temperature, then refrigerate
- Serve the custard cold
