How to Make Chicken Nuggets
A simple, tried-and-true homemade chicken nuggets recipe. Make nuggets for your kids at home, because homemade is cleaner, tastier, and more economical.
Ingredients

- 1 kg boneless chicken breasts
- 1 head garlic (about 7 cloves)
- 2 dried onions
- salt
- ground ginger
- chicken seasoning
- mahlab
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dried coriander
- 2 eggs
- hot chili - to taste
- 2 small spoons white pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
- Shape the chicken mixture as desired: squares, circles, or shapes the children like. Dip each piece of chicken first in the egg mixture then pass it over a wide plate of breadcrumbs so it is covered on all sides.
Method

- We grind the chicken in an electric grinder... add the spices, only 2 tablespoons of mustard, one egg, along with the crushed garlic and finely chopped onion....
- Set aside a mixture of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mustard, the second egg, white pepper, lemon zest, and baking powder.... Beat these ingredients well with a fork..
- Shape the chicken mixture as desired, into squares, circles, or any shapes the children like. Dip each chicken piece first in the egg mixture, then pass it over a wide plate of ground crackers so that the crackers cover it on all sides.
- Fry the chicken nuggets in oil over medium heat until the chicken nuggets are cooked through....
