  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups coarse semolina
  • A large piece of butter
  • 2 tablespoons orange blossom water or rose water
  • Preparation of the cream:

Method

  1. Place the sugar on medium heat and let it melt and caramelize, then gradually add the water while stirring continuously....
  2. A disk of sugar will form; continue stirring until the disk dissolves completely...
  3. Add the butter and stir well until it melts, then gradually add the semolina, stirring for at least a quarter of an hour until the semolina is well cooked...
  4. Turn off the heat and add orange blossom water and mix with the mixture, then pour the mixture into the serving dish
  5. Qaymar Cream Ingredients
  6. 2 cups water
  7. 1 cup powdered milk
  8. 4 tablespoons flour
  9. 1 can Qaymar cream
  10. A pinch of rose water + orange blossom water
  11. Spread the cream over the semolina in the serving dish and let it cool completely, then garnish with shredded coconut and roasted nuts
  12. Beat the water, milk, and flour together cold until smooth, then place over heat with continuous stirring; when the mixture thickens, add the Qaymar cream and rose water and orange blossom water
