- 2 cups knafeh crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups ground pistachios
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons syrup
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom water
- 2 tablespoons rose water
- Green food coloring - optional
- Note
- You can substitute the knafeh crumbs with semolina or toasted bread
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

- Remove the knafeh crumbs from the heat, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well until you get a cohesive dough.
