  • vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano or dried thyme
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • chili powder to taste

Method

  1. Boil the cauliflower in water with a pinch of salt and cumin until half-cooked...
  2. In a bowl, mix it with all the other ingredients using a fork until well combined...
  3. Fry the cauliflower in hot, deep oil until cooked and browned...
