Method

  1. Place the coconut, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate in a deep bowl and mix well by hand until they hold together... If the mixture feels loose, you can add more desiccated coconut or condensed milk...
  2. Roll each portion into a ball and place an almond (roasted or raw) or a Malteser chocolate in the center; roll and then coat it in desiccated coconut to give it the desired attractive shape...
