Date and Biscuit Balls
A quick, easy treat combining dates with biscuits, rolled in sesame, coconut, or colored chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1/2 kilogram mashed dates
- 100 g softened butter
- a box plain biscuits
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- sesame seeds as needed
- grated coconut as needed
- colored chocolate shavings as needed
- small cupcake liners
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the mashed dates with the butter and knead well.
- Grind the biscuits in a food processor or by hand. Add them to the date and butter mixture, sprinkle cinnamon, and continue kneading until you get a cohesive, uniform mixture.
- Form the mixture into small balls by hand. Dip the balls in desiccated coconut, sesame, or colored chocolate sprinkles, depending on availability and preference.
- Place the date and biscuit balls in cupcake liners and arrange them on a serving tray.
