How to Make Lemon Cupcakes
A wonderful, simple lemon cupcake recipe that doesn't require much decoration or time, perfect for kids to enjoy in their lunch boxes.
Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
