How to Prepare a Chicken Fajita Pie
This tested, home-friendly recipe turns the usual chicken fajita sandwich into a complete, tasty pie—looks great and tastes even better.
Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken breasts, boneless
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chicken fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika or ground red pepper
- hot sauce or chili to taste

- 4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- Water as needed
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Preparation of the dough
- Avocado Sauce
- In a blender, combine two ripe avocados with two tablespoons powdered milk, a pinch of white pepper, a pinch of fajita spice, a spoon of lemon juice, a spoon of olive oil, and a spoon of white vinegar. Blend until creamy.
Method

- Wash the chicken well with vinegar and salt and slice it.
- Add to the chicken the crushed garlic, crushed onion, mustard, spices, dried coriander, cumin, paprika and chili.
