Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- A 30 g white chocolate bar
- Half a can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon coconut extract
- One egg white
- 1.5 cups shredded coconut
- Hazelnuts for filling
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Melt the white chocolate with only a quarter of the condensed milk can, the vegetable oil, and the coconut extract in a double boiler. (A double boiler is a pot placed over simmering water with a smaller pot on top containing the ingredients to melt them via steam.)
- When the chocolate melts and the ingredients come together, add the egg white and only one cup of shredded coconut...
- Stir again until well combined. Then refrigerate the mixture for about two hours until it cools and firms up into a dough-like texture.
- After the time, take a hazelnut and wrap it with a ball of the white mixture, continuing until all the quantity is used.
- After finishing, dip the Rafaello bites in the remaining condensed milk (¼ cup), then roll in coconut to coat completely. Refrigerate to chill.
- These Rafaello bites can be served wrapped in decorative confectionery paper as a distinctive and elegant treat…
