How to Make a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich
A wonderful, easy recipe for making a Philly sandwich at home. This is one of the easiest and most delicious Philly cheese steak recipes, and we recommend giving it a try.

- 1 kilo beef suitable for shawarma or steak
- 3 colored peppers, green, red, and yellow
- 4 dry onions
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Hot pepper or chili flakes, to taste
- Mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Philly seasoning

- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- A pinch of white pepper
- A pinch of Philly seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- How to Prepare the Avocado Sauce
- In an electric blender, place the two ripe avocados with the powdered milk, white pepper, and Philly seasoning.
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Cut the meat into slices similar to shawarma strips. Add soy sauce and Philadelphia seasoning to it.
- Also add mustard and olive oil to the meat and leave it marinated in this mixture from the first day until the next day.
- When it's time to cook the Philly, fry the onion slices, bell peppers, and mushrooms in sesame oil. Add hot pepper or chili to taste, then add the meat and fry them until cooked.
- Meanwhile, prepare the avocado sauce*.
- Prepare the sandwich bread, spread a little avocado sauce in it, add a little grated mozzarella, then add some of the meat mixture. Divide the amount according to the number of sandwiches you have.
- You can put the Philly sandwich in a contact grill to toast the bread on the outside, depending on what's available and your preference.
- It is important to note not to add salt to the meat marinade because soy sauce is salty on its own and makes adding salt unnecessary.
