How to Make Vegetable Spaghetti
Vegetable spaghetti is one of kids' favorite recipes—especially when it's made in this beautiful individual nest style!
Ingredients

- 1 bundle long pasta
- 2 medium carrots
- corn kernels
- 2 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- hot pepper, to taste
- 1 dry onion
- broccoli
- beetroot
- oregano - wild thyme
- mozzarella cheese, to taste
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
Method

- Boil the long pasta in salted water.
- Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, then add the mushrooms, corn, one chopped tomato, grated carrot, and chopped green pepper.
- Stir the ingredients, add a pinch of oregano and salt, and cook over low heat until tender...
