- 2 packs of Sada biscuits
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
Method
- Grind the biscuits well and add the butter, mixing them thoroughly...
- Line a cupcake pan with paper liners and place one tablespoon of the biscuit mixture into each liner... press well to pack the biscuits in the mold, then set the pan aside.
- Mix the powdered milk in a bowl with the yogurt and sugar... mix well until the sugar dissolves, then add two tablespoons of the milk mixture over the packed biscuit in the pan.
- Place the cupcake or muffin pan in the preheated oven at 180°C. Leave the pan in the oven for only 5 minutes so it sets a little without the mixture changing color.....Timers: 5 min
- Prepare chocolate biscuits and place one biscuit on top of each portion of the mixture ...
- Prepare the final layer: dissolve a packet of crème caramel in a cup of cold water and bring it to a boil for a short time.
- Cover each cupcake in the pan with the crème caramel and refrigerate them for at least two hours.
