Ingredients
- 1 kilogram flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 cups water, or as needed

- Vegetable slices such as onion, sweet pepper, and tomato
- Corn
- Mushrooms
- Pitted olives
- Cheese
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the vinegar and oil and rub together by hand.
- Add the water gradually and knead until you get a smooth, soft dough.
- Cover it with plastic wrap, then a cloth, and let it rise for at least an hour, or depending on the temperature.
- When it has puffed up and is ready, shape it into balls of the desired size.
- Let the dough balls rest again for 15 minutes.Timers: 15 min
- After the time has passed, roll them out to the desired thickness and let them rest for 5 minutes before adding the topping.Timers: 5 min
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough rounds, then top with the vegetables and olives, and finish with cheese on top.
- Place the pizza in a hot oven at about 200°C until it browns and cooks through on the bottom, then brown the top.
