How to Make Brownies in Cups?
Brownies are among the most popular and delicious chocolate desserts... but this brownie recipe stands out because it is made in cups, portioned into small, very pretty individual servings!
Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup or less cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 80 g butter, at room temperature
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Beat the eggs with the vanilla and vinegar, then add the sugar and continue beating.
- Gradually add the flour and then the baking powder and continue beating, then add the cocoa until you reach the desired color and finally add the melted butter.
- Pour the batter and distribute it into cups in a muffin or cupcake tin. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes.Timers: 12 min
- When the brownies are cooked, remove them from the oven and set aside to cool before lifting the brownie cups from the tin and decorating them with fresh cream and fruit or as desired.
