How to Make Sponge Cake
Sponge cake is one of those delicious cake recipes that is also very easy and uncomplicated. Your family will surely love this recipe.
Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 2 medium teaspoons baking powder
- 1 medium teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup juice (any type, as desired and available)
- Toffee sauce
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 can qameer cream
- Toffee preparation
- Continue stirring well until the sugar melts... Leave the toffee aside to cool, then decorate the cake with it...
Method

- Mix all the ingredients together in order.
- Brush the pan with a little vegetable oil, then dust it with a little flour and pour in the cake batter.
- Place the pan in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through, depending on your oven.Timers: 45 min
- Place the sugar over heat until it melts completely, then add the butter, milk, and cream. Stir well until the sugar forms a paste.
