How to Make Crepes at Home

An easy and very delicious way to make crepes at home. Prepare crepes as an unusual breakfast for your children, and they will be very happy.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups liquid milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Brown the disc on both sides for one minute and remove it and set aside.
  • Crepes can be filled and decorated as desired, with Nutella, honey and banana, or fresh fruits of all kinds.

Method

  1. Beat the eggs well with the vanilla and lemon zest.
  2. Add the sugar and continue beating, then add the remaining ingredients gradually.
  3. Beat until you get a smooth, soft batter.
  4. Put a little butter in a wide pan over the heat, then pour in a little of the batter in a wide circular shape like a round disk.
  5. Brown the disk on both sides for one minute, then remove it and set it aside.
  6. You can fill and decorate the crepes as desired, with Nutella, honey and bananas, or fresh fruit of all kinds.
