Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons sugar

2 cups liquid milk

2 cups white flour

2 tablespoons melted butter

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method:

Beat the eggs well with the vanilla and lemon zest.

Add the sugar and continue beating, then add the remaining ingredients gradually.

Beat until you get a smooth, soft batter.

Put a little butter in a wide pan over the heat, then pour in a little of the batter in a wide circular shape like a round disk.

Brown the disk on both sides for one minute, then remove it and set it aside.

You can fill and decorate the crepes as desired, with Nutella, honey and bananas, or fresh fruit of all kinds.
