Easy Ghareeba Cookies

- 5 cups flour
- 2 cups ghee
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- a pinch of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Method

- Cream the sugar with the ghee, then gradually add the flour with the vanilla and baking powder until the ingredients are combined.
- Shape the ghareeba as desired and bake at 180°C in the center of the oven.
- When the ghareeba begins to brown on the bottom after about 10 minutes, watch carefully and you may leave it for an additional two minutes until the dough is cooked, then remove immediately so it does not become hard.Timers: 10 min
