Special Cinnamon Roll Recipe

- 500 g flour
- 50 g powdered milk
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 70 g butter at room temperature
- 10 g instant yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 300 g water at room temperature or adjust the water amount as needed for the dough

- Ground cinnamon
