Special Cinnamon Roll Recipe

A wonderful, easy, and tried-and-tested recipe for cinnamon rolls. You can prepare these cinnamon rolls and pack them in your children’s school lunchbox as a homemade treat they’re sure to love.

Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 50 g powdered milk
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 70 g butter at room temperature
  • 10 g instant yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 300 g water at room temperature or adjust the water amount as needed for the dough
  • Brushing the dough
  • 50 g butter
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Brown sugar

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well, then add the water and knead a little... Finally, add the butter and mix it with the rest of the ingredients until you get a soft dough...
  2. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes, then roll it out or stretch it into a rectangle about 4 cm thick...

  3. Brush the rectangular dough with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll it up, cut it, and place it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper...
  4. Let it rest again for about 30 to 40 minutes, then bake it in a preheated oven at 200°C and decorate it with melted chocolate, syrup, and caramel.
