- 20 cookies
- 80 g butter
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 10 slices cream cheese
- 1 can (500 g) sweet cream
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 packet Dream Whip whipped topping mix
- Half a box pineapple gelatin
- This quantity is enough for a 28 cm cake pan
Method
- Crush the biscuits with the butter, then press the mixture into the pan, not too compactly so it doesn't become hard.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- Whip the cheese with the cream, gelatin (jello) powder, and clotted cream, plus a pinch of cinnamon, on high speed until it thickens well.
- Pour the cheese and cream mixture over the crust and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.Timers: 360 min
