Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 medium spoon salt
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Warm water as needed
- 200 grams soft butter
Method
- Knead the ingredients well to get a soft, cohesive dough.
- Place the dough in a warm place to rise, then roll it out with a rolling pin and place the butter pieces in the center... then fold it and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- After the required time has passed, take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out again with the rolling pin, then fold it as before and return it to the refrigerator. Repeat this 6 times in a row, and this is the reason layers form in the dough...
- Then, on the last time, roll it out and cut it into triangles, fill them as desired, roll them up, and place them on a baking tray. Cover them and leave them aside until they puff up in size for about an hour.
- Brush the croissants with a little melted butter and place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until cooked through and golden brown.
