Ingredients

  • One can of ashta (clotted cream)
  • Two sachets of ready-made powdered cream
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • Chocolate balls, filled or unfilled (depending on availability)

Method

  1. Whip the powdered cream with the ashta. When the mixture begins to thicken, add the cup of coconut.
  2. Place the mixture in the fridge (not the freezer) for 20 minutes.
    Timers: 20 min
  3. After the required time, remove them from the fridge and shape them into balls; place a round chocolate piece inside each ball, then close and reshape it into a complete ball.
  4. Roll the balls in grated coconut to coat them on the outside.
