Chocolate Filled with Almonds and Walnuts
Homemade nut-filled chocolate — an easy recipe. Once you make these at home you won't buy them ready-made again. Prepare chocolate cubes filled with nuts and enjoy them with guests and kids.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 1 cup ground almonds
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1 tbsp pistachio paste
- 2 tbsp almond paste

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix the almonds, walnuts, and the pistachio-and-almond paste together.
- Melt the chocolate, then lightly oil the ice-cube tray with a little vegetable oil — it’s best to use a soft or silicone tray so the chocolates are easy to remove without breaking.
- Spoon the melted chocolate into the tray, filling only half of each cube.
- Cover and put the tray in the freezer for about 10 minutes.Timers: 10 min
- Then place a little of the almond-and-walnut mixture into each cube and add the remaining chocolate on top to fill the cubes.
- Return the tray to the freezer for 15 minutes so the chocolates set.Timers: 15 min
- Remove the chocolate cubes from the tray to get nut-filled chocolate pieces.
