Chicken Soup - Video
Chicken soup is nearly the perfect remedy for colds or a cold winter day, but it is delicious anytime.

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Deboned boiled chicken
- Chicken broth
- Two potatoes
- Two carrots
- Bay leaf
- Half a cup of long-grain rice
- Two tablespoons tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wait a few minutes then add
- Chopped fresh parsley
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- We wash the chicken well and place it in water to boil thoroughly with the spices.
- You can add preferred spices such as bay leaf, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and one small dried onion.
- Let the chicken cook until tender, about an hour.
- When the chicken is cooked, remove it and set aside; strain the broth to remove the spices.
- In a separate pot, place the broth, add the deboned chicken cut into cubes, the diced potatoes, and the diced carrots.
