Grilled Fish with Tahini and Harra

- White fish suitable for grilling and rich in flesh
- Fish seasoning
- A pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper
- Crushed garlic
- Half a bunch of fresh green coriander
- Half a cup tahini
- Lemon juice (to taste and حسب the amount needed)
Method
- After cleaning and washing any kind you like of the large fish suitable for oven grilling, sprinkle the various spices over the fish.
- Put the fish in the oven and grill it from the top and bottom.
- Meanwhile, prepare this mixture: pounded garlic and coriander... start by frying the garlic in a little olive oil, then add the chopped fresh green coriander...
- Add a pinch of black pepper, fish seasoning, and a pinch of red harra with the coriander and garlic, and stir for a while, then add a generous amount of tahini mixed with lemon juice to the coriander and garlic mixture..
- When the mixture boils, pour it over the grilled fish and return the tray to the oven for a while..
- When we take the fish tray out of the oven, garnish it with almonds, walnuts, and pine nuts
