  • 1 head of garlic (about 7 cloves)
  • A bunch of fresh coriander/cilantro
  • Lemon juice
  • A pinch of red chili powder (hot pepper)
  • Salt

Method

  1. Fry the fish in hot vegetable oil, then crush the garlic and chop the fresh coriander/cilantro. Add the lemon juice and chili powder...
  2. Place the fish in an oven tray and pour over the garlic and coriander mixture with a little water.
  3. Bring it to a boil on the stove from the top for about 3 minutes, then put it in the oven for 20 minutes over medium heat
