  • White pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Grated cheese, to taste
  • Walnuts
  • Lemon slices

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Mix the spices with the lemon juice and oil in a bowl, then season the salmon with the mixture.
  2. Line the baking tray with parchment paper or brush it with a very small amount of oil and arrange lemon slices on it, then place the salmon pieces on top of the lemon slices.
  3. Sprinkle the grated cheese and walnuts over the top.
  4. Cover the tray with aluminum foil.
  5. Place it in a preheated oven on the rack and keep it over medium heat for just 15 minutes only so the salmon doesn’t dry out if overcooked.
    Timers: 15 min
  6. Serve the walnut-and-cheese grilled salmon immediately.
