Ingredients

  • Pasta or small-shaped macaroni
  • Lettuce
  • Canned or cooked corn
  • Canned mushrooms
  • Pitted black olives
  • 2 cans tuna
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Method

  2. Cook the pasta and set aside
  3. Wash and dry the lettuce, chop roughly. Place the lettuce in a large serving dish and top with the chopped mushrooms, corn, and black olives.
  4. Add both tuna cans after removing the oil or water.
  5. Make the dressing
  6. Add lemon juice (about half a lemon, adjust to taste) and stir in salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix the dressing well and pour over the salad.
