Ingredients
- Ready-made puff pastry or homemade dough *
- 2 cups minced meat
- 1 large dry onion
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- Salt and meat seasonings
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts

Method
- Sauté the chopped dry onion in a little vegetable oil until lightly golden.
- Add the ground meat and stir it with the fried onion, seven-spice, black pepper, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- When the meat is nearly cooked, add the tahini and yogurt, and continue stirring.
- Add the chopped parsley and mint and mix well.
- When the meat is cooked and just before turning off the heat, add the pomegranate molasses with a sprinkle of pine nuts.
- Spread the meat filling over squares of puff pastry and place the sfiha in a preheated oven.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes, or until cooked through, depending on the strength of your oven.Timers: 12 min
