Veal Stroganoff with Pasta

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Slices of tender veal
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Onion, sliced
- Fresh mushrooms
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (for cooking)
- Water or veal stock

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Fry the veal slices in a little butter and olive oil; when cooked, set them aside.
- In the same pan, add the onion and fresh mushrooms with a little salt and black pepper and sauté until the onion softens.
- Add the mustard, the veal, the sour cream and the stock, and stir.
- Leave the veal stroganoff over the heat until it comes to a boil, then let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Serve the veal stroganoff with cooked pasta.
