Veal Stroganoff — one of the tastiest recipes that you will love :)

Slices of tender veal

Olive oil

Butter

Onion, sliced

Fresh mushrooms

Salt

Black pepper

1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons sour cream (for cooking)

Water or veal stock

Sear the veal slices in a little butter and olive oil. Once cooked, set them aside.
In the same pan, add the onion and fresh mushrooms with a little salt and black pepper and sauté until the onion softens.
Add the mustard, the veal, the sour cream and the stock and stir.
Simmer the veal stroganoff until it boils and the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve the veal stroganoff with cooked pasta.
