Spaghetti with Chicken and Cream

Ingredients

- Boneless chicken breasts
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 cloves of garlic
- a pinch of black pepper
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups liquid cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- a pinch of garlic powder
- a pinch of onion powder
- a pinch of fresh parsley for garnish
- cooked spaghetti
Method

- Boil the spaghetti in the usual traditional way and set aside.
- Wash the chicken pieces well. Season the chicken with garlic, spices, salt, and lemon juice.
- Leave the chicken to marinate for about one hour.
- After the time has passed, fry the chicken in oil, or in butter, or in a mixture of oil and butter according to preference.
- Set the fried chicken aside. Prepare the sauce.
- In a skillet or deep pot add the butter, liquid cream, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, plus salt and red pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil briefly, then turn off the heat.
- To serve, place the chicken breasts over the spaghetti, pour the cream and sprinkle parsley for garnish.
