boneless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 tablespoons butter

2 cups cooking cream

\r\n

1 tablespoon mustard

\r\n

a pinch garlic powder

\r\n

a pinch onion powder

a pinch fresh parsley for garnish

cooked spaghetti

Method:

Cook the spaghetti as usual and set aside.

\r\n

Rinse the chicken pieces well. Season with garlic, spices, salt, and lemon juice.

\r\n

Let the chicken marinate for about an hour.

\r\n

Fry the chicken in oil or butter or a mix, as you prefer.

\r\n

Set the fried chicken aside. Prepare the sauce.

\r\n

In a pan, combine the butter, cream, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and red pepper.

\r\n

Boil the mixture for a bit, then turn off the heat.

\r\n

When serving, place the chicken over the spaghetti, spoon on the cream, and garnish with parsley
