Curry rice with vegetables — an easy, tasty and practical recipe
Ingredients

- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (yellow spice)
- 1 Maggi vegetable stock cube
- 2 cups water
- oil

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put a little oil in a pot over the heat, add the washed and drained rice, and stir for several minutes.
- Add the turmeric and curry powder and continue stirring, then add the vegetables and a chicken bouillon cube and stir for an additional minute.
- Add the water and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let the curry rice with vegetables cook over low heat.
