Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast (deboned)
- 1/2 cup red vinegar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sweet pepper paste
- 1/4 tablespoon hot pepper paste
- 1/4 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon tandoori spice mix
- 2 garlic cloves
- a pinch of garlic powder

Method
- Marinate the cleaned chicken breast in the mixture after combining all ingredients together.
- Let the chicken marinate as long as possible — it will absorb more of the marinade, gain the desired flavor, and cook faster on the grill.
- Preheat the grill and grill the chicken. You can also bake it in the oven covered with aluminum foil, then finish by browning it well.
