Ingredients

- Boneless chicken breast
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 cup flour
- Oil
- Butter
- Cooked pasta
- Cooked corn
- Sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup cooking cream
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A pinch of white pepper
- A small squeeze of lemon
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper and dredge it in flour
- In a skillet, heat a little oil with a small knob of butter and fry the chicken until cooked
- Prepare the sauce meanwhile: in a pan over the heat put one tablespoon of butter
- When it melts, add one tablespoon of flour and stir quickly
- Gradually add the chicken stock, stir, and let the sauce come to a boil and thicken slightly
- When it thickens slightly, add the heavy cream, the spices, and lemon, and stir; once they boil again, remove from the heat
- Sauté the cooked pasta with a little butter and a pinch of black pepper, and do the same with the boiled corn
- Slice the chicken breast, pour the sauce over it, and serve Chicken Supreme alongside the pasta and sautéed corn
- You can serve Chicken Supreme with mashed potatoes and assorted sautéed vegetables
