Chicken Tikka with Yellow Rice
How to prepare chicken in a delicious chicken tikka style
Ingredients

- 1 kilo chicken pieces, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoons dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of hot chili powder
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all the ingredients together to make a sauce or marinade. Wash the chicken pieces and pat them dry. Put them in the marinade with the peppers and refrigerate overnight
- The next day, cook the chicken in a preheated oven at 200°C in a covered baking dish. Leave the chicken covered for half an hour, then remove the cover and leave it for another half hour

- Sauté one large chopped onion in vegetable oil until it takes on a nice golden color
