Ingredients:

Preparation Method:

Mix all the ingredients together to make a sauce or marinade. Wash the chicken pieces and drain them well. Place them in the marinade with the peppers overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, cook the chicken in a preheated oven at 200 degrees in a covered tray. Leave the chicken for half an hour covered, then remove the cover and leave it for another half hour.
